ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael Hillberg works as a voice over artist and actor in English (US) and Swedish both in London and internationally.
Michael works consistently for major national and international studios, production companies and TV channels such as Warner Brothers, Marv Films, Pinewood Studios, TV4 (Sweden) and SVT (Sweden) in most areas of the business including corporates, commercials, narration, TV, short films, feature films, ADR, cartoons, video games and dubbing.
Recent voice over credits include commercials for brands such as Pepsi Max, Spotify and Google as well as work on feature films like ”King Arthur: Legend of the Sword” and ”Eddie the Eagle”.

WORKSHOP (Saturday):
This full day workshop, lead by professional voice over artist Michael Hillberg, will give you all the knowledge needed to work successfully as a voice over artist in UK and internationally.
Workshop outline:

Knowledge about how the voice over industry works and how you can use it to your advantage

Learn microphone and vocal techniques that will enhance your performance in the studio

Creating your own voice over business plan (including how to find an agent, getting your own work and P2P websites etc.)

Choosing the right script to create a varied voice reel that meets the industry standards

On completion of this workshop your voice reel will be sent off to multiple recording studios and agencies to help you launch your career and to get regular work as a voice over artist!
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS (Sunday):
The one-on-one talk is a 30 minute individual chat with Michael before your recording session where you get to go through your selected scripts to make sure that you have a good and varied selection in different genres so that you are as prepared as possible for your session in the recording studio.
The talk is also aimed to give some feedback and individual guidance on how to further your career as a voice over artist from your current position.
*The chat will take place on Skype or over the phone and you will be assigned a time slot on the workshop day.
INDIVIDUAL RECORDING SESSION (Monday OR Tuesday):
Each person gets one hour in a professional recording studio in London with an audio engineer. The session will give you plenty of time to work on each of your 6 selected scripts with direction from Michael to make sure you get the best possible outcome.
After the session, your audio samples will be professionally edited to meet the standards of the voice over industry. You will receive the audio samples individually as well as edited together in a voice reel (approximate length - 3 min).
*The recording session will take place at 2002 Studios in Northwest London and you will be assigned a time slot on the workshop day.
